The State of Morelos is the place were the worldwide famous  revolutionary Emiliano Zapata was born, and where he fought for the rights of the peasants and where he died.

A tour can be organised to those mythical  places, full of charm and memories of the General, from the village where he saw the light for the first time, Annenecuilco, and its museum, Tlaltizapan (incl. Ex Convent of Saint Michael Archangel), where his head quarters were; Chinameca, the Hacienda where he died, and Cuautla, the second biggest city of the state, where the rest of his followers are buried.
