Covering almost two million sq km (800,000 sq miles), Mexico has many different physical features. There are desert lands in the north,
jungles to the south and mountain chains cross the country in a northwest-southeasterly direction, forming between them a number of valleys and plateaux. There are beautiful beach resorts
on the Pacific, Gulf of Mexico, and Caribbean coasts.
This country offers an incredible variety of landscapes. Bigger than the Grand Canyon,
the Copper Canyon of north Mexico is a must for all travelers.
